Washington DC Schools

George Washington University
Located in the heart of Washington, George Washington University focuses on government, policy and law while also offering a variety of programs in science, technology, media and the arts. Georgetown University
Georgetown University was founded in 1789, and is the county’s oldest Catholic and Jesuit university. Today Georgetown is a major player in international research efforts that encourages diversity, intellectual openness, and community involvement.
Howard University
Howard University has been operating since 1867 and continues to provide culture, religion, sports, arts, music, theatre, and politics to its students in a variety of opportunities. University of the District of Columbia
Chartered in 1974, the University of D.C. is the only fully-accredited university located in the nation’s capital. The school is an urban land-grant university, and it supports education, research, and community involvement among its enrollees. The university offers bachelors and masters degrees in arts and sciences, business and public administration, engineering and applied sciences, and law.
